Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages:

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement shipment or refund once the claim has been completed.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
